1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use the acc67 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 years old are strictly prohibited from registering or accessing any part of the Platform. 21+ only.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false or misleading details is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Opening duplicate accounts is prohibited and may lead to forfeiture of balances and permanent suspension.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by acc67 or have been previously banned from the Platform for breaching these Terms.

acc67 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a National ID card, passport, or utility bill) at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account restriction.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. acc67 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account details secure. You agree to notify acc67 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Never share your acc67 login credentials with friends, family members, or any third parties.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices to prevent unauthorized access.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

acc67 supports a range of popular local and international payment methods to make transactions fast and convenient for players across Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. acc67 accepts deposits via the following methods:

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days from the time of submission, subject to standard verification checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Please note the following important conditions:

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered under your verified account name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal request will be approved. See the Bonuses section below for rollover conditions.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. Existing accounts that are closed and re-registered to claim a welcome bonus again will be considered fraudulent activity.
• acc67 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited to your account will remain subject to its original terms.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for a specified time period stated in the promotion details. Unused free spins that expire will be forfeited without compensation.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to chip dumping, arbitrage betting, matched betting strategies, or exploiting a perceived loophole in a promotion — is strictly prohibited. acc67 reserves the right to void winnings and close accounts found engaging in bonus abuse.

5. Gameplay, Fair Play, and Prohibited Conduct

Random Number Generation (RNG)

Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on acc67 — including BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches, and football — are subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. In the event of a dispute over bet settlement, acc67's decision shall be final. Markets may be suspended or voided in cases of match abandonment, postponement, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond acc67's control.

6. Responsible Gaming and Limitation of Liability

Limitation of Liability

• acc67 will make reasonable efforts to restore services as quickly as possible and will communicate scheduled outages in advance where feasible.
• Bets placed during a confirmed system error may be voided at acc67's discretion, and affected stakes will be returned to player balances.
• acc67 is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or interruptions outside of its direct control.

7. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Content

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from acc67. Unauthorized use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights and may expose you to legal liability.

Third-Party Game Providers

Games on the acc67 Platform are supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others. These providers operate under their own licences and are responsible for the integrity and fairness of their respective game content. acc67 acts solely as a distribution channel and does not modify game outcomes, RTP rates, or volatility settings.

8. Account Suspension, Termination, and Dispute Resolution

acc67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to age misrepresentation, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion.

Dispute Resolution
